Charlotte Attwood

As Litigation Assistant in the Historic Abuse department, Charlotte runs her own case load alongside Charles Derham, Head of Historic Abuse. She prepares and drafts documents, applications and attends to new and daily enquires. Charlotte works on civil files, Lambeth redress scheme cases, Beecholme, Clinical Negligence and trip accidents relating to occupiers liability.

Charlotte has worked in Law for over four years, and started her journey at Verisona Law in June 2016 as a Team Assistant for Charles. Before, Verisona Law, Charlotte completed a Business Apprenticeship, and in doing so, won the 'Apprentice of the year’ award. Charlotte also has previous experience working in the Will, Trust and Probate, and Family Law departments.

Charlotte is also undertaking the CILEx Course to become a Chartered Legal Executive, she is currently on her second year of training. Following her training, she hopes to complete a year working in practice and will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and a fellow of CILEx.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys keeping fit and healthy, going to the gym as much as possible.
