Tracey Longdon and her team at Verisona Law will be flying the flag for Portsmouth’s property market after being shortlisted in the largest, most respected and prestigious awards for the profession.
Now in its 8th year, the shortlists for the annual awards of Law Firm Services or ‘LFS’ have been announced and, after entering for the first time, Verisona Law has been named as one of the contenders for ‘Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year’.
Having submitted an entry earlier in the year detailing the team’s use of technology in the past year, communication processes and plans for the future, Verisona Law was delighted to learn it had been recognised in the final shortlist.
"After a lot of hard work and effort in the past 12 months, this news is a real boost," says Tracey Longdon, who took over as Head of Residential Conveyancing at Verisona Law last year.
"When a judging panel of respected industry commentators, reporters and experts look at what you have achieved and believe it to be worthy of note, it is both a compliment and affirmation of the work you have been doing."
"We are very proud of Tracey and the team," says Managing Director, Sue Ball. ‘No one can pretend that the property market hasn’t been facing challenging times of late, but this nomination is reflected of their commitment, focus and continuing success.’
The winners of the LFS Conveyancing Awards 2019 will be announced at the annual conference on 18th September at the Vox Conference Centre in Birmingham.
