Verisona Law was delighted to be part of The London Legal Support Trust's 'Legal Walk' in Chichester this month to raise money for the South and West Sussex Citizens Advice Bureau.
A team from the firm joined fellow professionals from legal firms across the region and took to the streets of Chichester, completing a course around the iconic cathedral, into rural surrounds and finishing with well-deserved refreshment at The Fountain pub in the city centre’s Southgate.
‘With Legal Aid becoming more and more difficult to access, the CAB provides legal services to 30,000 of the poorest and most vulnerable people in our area each year,’ explains Robert Small, Director and Head of Dispute Resolution at Verisona Law who was part of the team for the charity walk. ‘Obviously this is a cause close to our professional hearts and we were delighted to the event raised over £2,000 in sponsorship of those who took part.’
