However, sometimes things can go wrong and if this happens please speak with your regular Verisona Law contact immediately.
If you remain unhappy, please contact Tim Reynolds, Director, on email or 023 9231 2052, or write to him at our Lakeside office. Tim will investigate as a matter of urgency and oversee your complaint until things are resolved.
If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the issue. Write to Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, call 0300 555 0333 or email email@example.com.
Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
