Do you have concerns about our service?

We want you to be delighted with our service and will do our absolute best to put things right should any problems arise. However, sometimes things can go wrong and if this happens please speak with your regular Verisona Law contact immediately.

If you remain unhappy, please contact Tim Reynolds, Director, by email to, telephone 023 9231 2052, or write to him at 1000 Lakeside North Harbour, Western Road, Portsmouth, PO6 3EN.  Tim will investigate as a matter of urgency and oversee your complaint until things are resolved.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the issue. Write to Legal Ombudsman, PO Box 6806, Wolverhampton, WV1 9WJ, call 0300 555 0333 or email

Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
