Sean Aldridge, former assistant head teacher at Warblington School, Havant, appeared in Portsmouth Crown Court on Monday 18 February for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Mr Aldridge, 36, was asked to enter a plea to a total of 19 counts of Child Sexual Abuse across the years of 2006 – 2012.
He denied 10 charges of sexual activity with a child by a person in a position of trust and 9 further counts for engaging in sexual activity with a child, pleading not guilty on each count.
The judge adjourned the case for trial. Trial date is set for the 8 July.
Judge Timothy Mousley QC granted Mr Aldridge bail, unconditionally, between now and his trial.
