Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
The CQS quality mark is awarded by the Law Society in recognition of the high standards provided to residential property clients. The scheme is designed to improve efficiency using consistent standards and service levels. Verisona Law are subject to assessment, compulsory training, staff reporting, random audits and annual reviews. The CQS has the support of the Council of Mortgage Lenders, the Building Societies Association and the Legal Ombudsman.
